We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our tour! Our only regret is that we did not stay longer!! We were not ready to leave, especially the kids!!! We felt very taken care of and the trip was very organized. I have the highest regard for Danbi (ITC rep in Jerusalem) and Danny, our guide was wonderful!!
He always had an answer to any question, whether we liked the answer or not!!
He is so knowledgeable and full of stories to tell that make history come alive!!! Having the Bar/Bat Mitzvah on Masada was so spiritual and special it is hard to understand why more people do not do this!! Even though Eve is 11 and a half it meant alot that she could share this day with her brother Sam and do it together! The food was great, the hotels were great, the other families were great, and the surprise celebration in Tiberias was a highlight!!! Thank you! Overall, it was a trip of a lifetime and we want to go back!! Please feel free to use as a reference.

We returned just about 30 hours ago and our children and grandchildren have been back since Sunday evening at their respective homes in Chicago and Florida. WOW! What a trip... All the effort that you put into made itself apparent as we journeyed through Israel and pretty much kept to the original schedule. To sum it up, it was intense, joyful and - let's face it - a bit strenuous since we had to make it work for ages 4 through 65. Aharon Yahav was a wonderful driver/guide who turned out to be warm, caring, courteous, attentive and tremendously knowledgeable. We would recommend him to groups small and large and no question - whatever the topic - was left unanswered. Please make this known to your agents in Israel since we told Aharon that we would recommend him to ITC.

I hope that I am going to overcome my jet lag today. It is after 4 and I am still OK. I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the tour tremendously. Donny, our tour guide was excellent and the Bar and Bat Mitzvot on Massada was definitely a highlight of the trip. My Grandson, Brian was thrilled and very excited with the Torah presented at the farewell dinner. Again, thank you and your organization for an unbelievably wonderful experience. I would appreciate your feed back regarding the Bar Mitzvah Certificate.

I want to sincerely thank you for all your efforts in making our trip go so successfully. We not only had an excellent time, it was a very meaningful trip for everyone. An experience like this can only happen when all parties work together as a team. That is exactly what happened. There were three areas in particular that I want to highlight that made this work so well;
1) Communications – Barbara and Zenda did an excellent job of communicating with me and they were very responsive to our questions
2) Resolving issues – when we hit issues, everyone was responsive and looked to find workable solutions
3) Flexible – ITC was very flexible in working with our various travel needs, changes to the itinerary and plans and agreeing to use Tanya as our guide.
Bottom line, I’m very impressed with ITC and I look forward to working with you again. In addition, I’m very happy to serve as an enthusiastic reference.
